SG clean up
Got the S.G. cleaned up, man talk about layers of paint.
Wire wheels in the drill did the job, but it sure didn't come off without a fight.

Todd,
That work you did with a wire brush looks awesome! I am always amazed at how many things there are to clean and or fix and paint. Sometimes it seems like it's not going to end  Are you going to detail the tag in red paint? Thanks for the update. Good to hear from you.Give me a call sometime I will be home for another week. This 252 project has me in a head lock. Something to play with to keep me out of trouble or into it more? Regards, Chris

shopping & paint
Went and picked up the new coil today, and seeing I was in town went over to the box store and picked me up a new toy. I've wanted a impact driver for awhile, and I guess today was the day.
Also got the SG painted, but it turned out like crap, full of orange peel, so it will have to be wet sanded and re-done. Oh well, it is what it is Chris, I don't know what to do with the tag, I taped it off so not to get the yeller on it, what is it supposed to look like? (finished, how?)

I don't have a clue on the tag. Was just joking with you. I bet someone on here does know what that tag looked like originally though.I don't have a impact driver yet, but have used one of the Dewalt 20V and its a VERY nice tool! S/G looks good in the picture. Your getting pretty fussy with the old girl Hope your day is great! Regards, Chris
