Got the hydraulic lever knob on eBay. Description is: "Universal Chrome Polished Aluminum Grip Shift Gear Knob Manual Transmission M/T" Got it for $10, shipping included.

That really does look great! Where did you get that silver grip for the end of that handle? I also thing the shinny coil is a nice touch
