I really must stop jumping in here daily!!
Every time I do I see something like this that inspires me to start another project even though I have one in process. I have a 72 that would look real good just like yours.

The harness I have is for a 70 with push button start, my 71 is key start. How much trouble to adapt harness? Well, I guess it defies gravity. I'll let a mod flip it for me.

tim really great looking 71, I saw your pic on another thread and decided to go ahead and do mine up. Don't really see to many of these also wonder why ?. Do you know if the wider 23 8.5 will fit with the factory fenders, I see mine has the wider rears. Mine is a key start as well except someone wired it with an on off switch it seems
