Very cool but I assume if you have the money to install that you have the money to just build another garage!

That would make 3 on this property. It's crazy-the county limits "garages" to 1000 sq. feet total. I had to submit plans for a "stable" to get a permit to build the last garage. Stalls and a tack room have since been dismantled.

Going a little off topic, how do you like those chain tighteners on your tire chains? They worth while spending the money on them? Just curious.

I agree, built UP! Then again, bigger foot print is good to, build the bar upstairs so you can look down on your cubs while on your "union break"

I took the chain tighteners off. I bought them but took them off after these pictures were taken. If the chains are installed correctly, you don't really need them. I leave the chains on all year, so I removed the tires, deflated them slightly, installed the chains snugly, cutting off extra links, and then reinflated the tires. If you do this, the chains are snug and you don't need the spring tighteners. If I were putting the chains on seasonally, I'd keep the tighteners as it simplifies installation of the chains.
