Don't you know that was kohlers quick change option for the piston. Easy access. Middle finger lake? I like it. I just got the New York hi sign today as a matter of fact. Good score Lew as always.

Worked on the 70 the last 2 days swapping out the blown motor for a good running one I had,it was a shortblock for an Original,but the dipstick came out the top.I removed the front pulley setup for the Original.
I had to swap over the oil pan,pto pulley,pto from the blown motor,rebuilt the carb,and put on the 3 pin driver,and replaced the broken bearing plate. Cut the grass today and ran like a top. Also picked up a box of brochures today and these were in it.
