Update
SHE RUNS!!!!!
 P.O. said that it didn't have spark. Filed the points a little bit, made sure they were makin' and breakin' and I started to see a spark. I ran some fuel to it and spun it over a few times and she fired up. The S/G has some funky noises in it and there's a bunch of loose ends to tidy up. But it runs. Actually, it runs pretty good! I took it for a ride around the neighborhood and the clutch and trans works fine. The brake even works surprisingly well. Only thing that isn't working 100% is the charging system. I think the regulator is suspect. I'll be doing a total re-wire so, I'm not worrying about it right now. I'll put a new one on when I put it back together. I LIKE my little tractor!  Oh, and I cleaned out the fuel tank as best I could. There were some chunks hiding in there, and a few still are! Got most of them with various solvents, brushes and elbow grease. I put it all back together and put some fuel in it. Wasn't sure what would happen but, so far it's holding fuel. Good day all around! Now that I know that it runs, I get to tear it all apart and make it pretty!
