Got the frame welded up today and put the engine, trans, front axle and drive shaft in just to see how everything fits and lines up. Looks like everything is good. Gotta get a new drive shaft the old one is out of round and the clutch needs new springs and a TO bearing. Looks like the Junk yard Dog will live to ride again.

Still have 4 more gussets to weld in and then I have to figure out how to do the turning brakes for it. It has the internal brake but I have a set of axles with the disk brakes and a set of calipers for it. Also thinking about building a rear lift for it. Stay tuned.

102-P Narrow tires no creeper--42inch deck and IH blade. 102-D Wide tires,creeper,headlights--42inch deck and CW36 snow thrower. 1997-2086 Super with 3 point hitch and all the bells and whistles. 1961-PTE-"O", needs lots of work. 2072-Repowered with a ch18, Woods tractor. 149 with my Dad. 44" deck and QA36A. #9-70 with weights and sleeve hitch. #10-149 with a 38inch deck. 2015 Kubota BX 2670.

Did you have any issues setting the motor in and lining it up with the clutch? It looks like the bearing plate is close to the existing part of the frame. On my 147 with a geared transaxle the cutout is wicked tight so trying to line up the three pin driver with the clutch is a pain. Not a big deal if you don't have to pull the engine that often though.
