Yes. I have the wiring diagram. Fuse, pto switch, ignition switch, solenoid, battery and starter motor are all good.
Not getting power to orange/white wire that closes the contacts on solenoid. |

You replaced the battery, what is the voltage of the new battery?
What condition are the battery cables in? If you run a booster cable from the battery to the starter solenoid does it start better? Do you have good loadable power at the B terminal of the ignition switch? (Loadable, is there enough power there to illuminate an old school sealed beam high beam head light) If you have good power into the ignition switch, with the key in the start position, you need to check for good power out of the ignition switch at the S terminal, if you have good power there then you need to check for good power into the brake switch, if you have good power into the brake switch, then you need to check for good power out of the brake switch, if you have good power out of the brake switch then you need to check for good power into the PTO switch, if you have good power into the PTO switch then you need to check for good power out of the PTO switch, if you have good power out of the PTO switch, then you need to check for good power into starter solenoid. If at any point you do not have good loadable power into any of these switch you have a bad wire, if you do not have any power out of any of these switches you have a bad switch.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
