Wish you were closer. I would take it off your hands. I don't understand why those places won't burn it in their waste oil heaters. We burn it in ours at work when ever we can find it.

Problem solved.....I put an ad on Craigslist tonight advertising used hydraulic fluid, and I received several responses from guys that wanted to burn it in their shops. Guess I should have thought of that sooner...the guy that came out tonight to get it told me to let him know any time I have more, and he'll stop over and pick it up. Cant beat that...I don't even have to take it anywhere.
Thanks for all the ideas fellas! Jeff (teet)

I also find it kind of odd... I have a waste oil furnace and I burn most anything.

So would a nuclear warhead. Just because it works doesn't mean it's a good idea...

Around here the county and townships use it to put on dirt roads to keep the dust down. They use a mixture of donated oils.

Check with your local landfill. Many landfills now have oil and other hazardous goods disposal sites, to keep people from dumping them in the landfill. I know ours here takes old batteries, old appliances, oils, paints & thinners, pesticides, and just about any other hazardous waste you can think of. No charge at all, other than our county taxes.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
