Now we know where that high dollar NOS Deere Patio hood and seat on Ebay went! Only question remains is what's he using for an engine and front wheels?

I'm thinking you've got some way out in left field ideas floating around in your head. Watching with the rest of them. Carry on

I ain't the one you got to worry about!!! So if she were to ask the OCC membership, you were PAID $50 to haul that cub away, right? Got to keep these stories straight you know.

I actually traded for it, the guy i deal with sells to alot of pullers so the hydro tractors don't hold alot of value to him except for the engines. I traded a stripped down 122 with a blown engine for it, he wanted $150 for the 1450 but i only had $50 in the 122 that i traded.

Interesting idea Tim, Always liked the demonstrators. There's a few at our show and Stews IH stuff in Leesburg I think has every model made. Seeing a scaled down version would be cool

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
