I couldn't believe he was just going to give these away. He had a really nice 1650 though.

Awesome deal! I thought I had a good one with a loaded 105 and stainless steel hopper John Deere spreader for $75 but those two tractors trumps that. Been seeing some good deals in Ohio thinking about driving up there after an original

That's amazing. Just when I thought I had a good deal recently, wow. Hydraulic lift set up worth more than 4 times that alone. And yeah, the seat, looks like it might be out of the A team van. That's a "B.A." Couple of Cubs, congrats

Thanks guys! Going to rob the obvious off of both. Then see how they run and go from there. The 100 is pretty cobbled up and will probably get parted. The 125 may have some hope for it, well see.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
