You are missing the wear button, thrust button, and springs. Sponsors of the site should be able to help you out. When ordering springs, get the wide frame springs or the type B PTO. Parts should look like the bottom one in my picture.
On the bright side, the lever/fingers don't look to bad. The damage could have been much worse. Both of my tractors had that happen from the previous owners. The aftermath is not pretty but I was at least able to get one salvageable clutch out of all the parts. If the lever/fingers are damaged, its easier to replace them when you are assembling it then to wait for them to bend again and mess up even more parts.

It can be rebuilt: scare up a parts kit and you'll need the center button along with the wear button. Take the pulley & pressure plate to a machinist and have 'em turned then put in the new parts and go.
-- or -- There are a couple vendors that sell complete clutches rebuilt. Not cheap but it'll get your machine running quickly. One vendor will knock off $25 if you send them your old one. -- or -- If you have the local resource(s) find one from a parted-out tractor. Rebuild the other at leisure so you'll have a spare. Regardless, get out there and get some penetrating oil in the set screw holes so you can get it off. I find that removing the front screen makes clutch work easier. Note that there are three holes and each hole has a stop screw AND a set screw. |

You have a type B Pto. A type A will work but type B is better for snow blowing

After being sick the last few months is finally got to removing old clutch of 108. Bought a worn but working one, plus a new bearing, clutch fiber disk thrust bearing. press in brass bushing for arm too.
The press on brass one looks excellent. However the brass thrust bearing is a huge disappointment. A piece of junk with threads that will never fit in springs and a threaded lock washer not even remotely original design. i am going to let this seller know in ratings big time it can't be used on 108 like he sold it to me as. Not going to mow yet with that darn thing.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
