Indeed it is in great shape and it has the 54" mower deck. It is quiet too so looks like it does not need any bearings.

The owner said he has tried to sell it all summer for 800 and no bites at all. People still cannot get over the big box 1299.00 mowers. They think they are getting a good mower with a warranty, but they are not.

Another friend of mine, we use to ride to work together, bought a Cub from Tractor Supply and when they unloaded it off of the trailer, it would not start. The engine was locked up.

Dang. Even 800 is a steal. Those tractors in crap condition usually go for minimum of 1000 hours. Good job buddy.
