I'm glad I'm asking these questions! Is there a specific finish on the bolts that's preferred? Zinc and yellow, zinc and clear, black oxide? Here is a picture of the direction lever. When I pull it, is there anything special I need to do to it besides wash it? Any paint? Thanks!

clean it definitely, then do a close inspection. if it was painted there will be some left somewhere, should give you color also.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
