Ask your NAPA guy if he knows what year model Cub Cadets came with radios.

I have looked mine over and I can't seem to find the radio.

Although a older ignition system will interfere with a radio, they kinda lose power to affect them after about 10 or 12 feet. Your Napa guy needs to research a little more, LOL!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
