I used some stuff called roll plastic from my racing days. It's HD poly comes in 10' or 25' rolls it's .070" thick by 22" wide. http://www.cmwraceparts.com/prodinde...0&srchon=cmwid

![]() Got a few more things done to the 2372 over the last couple weekends. I got some .070" roll plastic and got a temporary air inlet shroud made(Thanks SamMac). I will do a better fit one when it is restorified later. Also cut the muffler shroud back and decided to cut the worst grill I had to accommodate the exhaust pipe. Got the tires loaded with 13 gallons of used antifreeze each and new chains. Also switched the throttle cable to the other side so it works correctly. Now, I need a power angle blade! ![]()

Nice job! One thing you may want to think about is moving the fuel filter to the other side of the fire wall. One of the other members that did a re-power had one of those plastic filters melt and the tractor caught on fire.

![]() That is a good idea. Fire is bad! When I was putting the engine in, I recall looking for my roll of rubber fuel line for about 30 min. All I could find was the blue stuff. I am still in the break-in phase. I will be sure to move it before it before it really gets put to work. It also cranks forever after sitting for a while. I'm sure a full fuel tank would fix that. Hopefully rerouting the line will help too!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
