On A stock set up how many mounting points is their ? just the front axle And rear mount ?

Yep just the front axle and the rear mount. I couldn't mount to the axle because of the way it is on a Cyclops. Got it running today the hyd and winch lift's are way cool! Still need to do a little tweaking.

My biggest concern was vibration. That may very well be because I mounted it to the tractor frame very rigid.

I don't use my Cub. I just work on it and look at it. So far it's holding up very well.

Made a little mod to the mower today that reduced the shake a bunch. I added some counter weight to the left side. Just happened to have some leftover lead weights from my old race car and some box tube. So I built an arm that sticks out on the left and bolted the weights to it. This took most of the twist out of the tractor and I think the increased mass dampens most of the shake. Thought it was going to rip the tractor apart it shook so bad.
