Looks like he has a ton of stuff for sale. Tractors all lined up in a row. Parts and more parts on shelves. Parts jockey of some sorts I wonder? What was he asking for the 800? I'm not interested, just curious. Needs to have a kubota under the hood to stir my interest.......

Yep that would be the one. Ive just decided that by the time I find the correct engine and parts for it I would have way more in it then I could just buy a good original for. Yes im collecting em and yes its rare but im still not buyin a vw for a Cadillac price

Yeah, found it after I posted. $450 bucks for a "rare" tractor missing all the "rare" parts including the "rare engine" and "rare muffler" and "rare starter", etc, etc..............

Doesn't even have a driveshaft or clutch. You can add some more green to find those. Really only buying the serial number tag. Probably more like at $200-250 dollar tractor due to the fact it's an 800. Otherwise, under $200 like most rollers. I, too would've passed.

I honestly wasnt willing to go over 200 simply because of the rarity and being 800specific Parthenon being the cheapest (I like to fix stuff back to the way it came) I will just hold out for a complete fixer upper besides I got the gear drive chores covered with my 1000 and 1200

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
