Looks like you have an older Johnny Bucket on the back of the 1861. I had one I used on a Wheelhorse tractor and later they came out with a kit to mount it on the front of the tractor. It was a very useful tool and I moved tons of gravel with it. I sold it after I traded a log splitter even up for a hydro Wheelhorse with 160 ish hrs and a Kwik-Way front end loader.

The tractor i kind of wished I had kept was a 122. It was restorable, but would have taken a fair amount of effort and $$$'s. In the end, I used the engine on my 126 and sold the rolling chassis to a puller.

I wish, I could have kept Dually the 100. I have two nice cubs now, so it's not so bad.

X2 on this end...dang, I would have had too many! (I have too many now)

I think in the past I have sold 3 Originals, 2 70's, 4 100's, a 71, 4 102's, a 122, a 123, a 124, 2 105's, 2 125's, a 106, 2 127's, a 147, an 86, a 128, a 129, a 149, 2 169's, 3 1250's, and a 1650!

I think the keepers out of that list would have been one of the O's, a 105, and a 124 that I really liked. Just had people like them more than I did at the time!

I am rather happy that I don't have this problem. I have one Cub Cadet. It is the only one I have owned; a Cub Cadet 1250.

Not only is a 1250, it is my 1250 Nightmare!

Yikes, that's quite a list! I would have taken a 169 and a 1650 from your list

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
