Been hard at it ... used my cycle tire irons to get this done ... the turf tires wern't to bad but the Deestone Ag's are 6 ply ... many choice words were reverbed off the garage walls this week ... think if there is a next time i'll pay the $30 to have a machine do it. Must be getting old !

It's worth every cent to have the shop mount those tires.

I have Deestone AGS on all for corners of my 1200 I like them and I agree with you nextime I will have someone else put them on who does that for a living. I hate those small tires , would rather mount a truck tire anyday!

Many years later, I'm in the same boat as the OP. I'd like Tru Powers, but they're as expensive as vehicle tires. Meanwhile on eBay you can get a pair of Deestones for $130 shipped to your door.
Will reply back once I get them on the 1650; I have a pair of Goodyear ags on my 782 that I can show a comparison in size to.

Farmall450, that is a pretty good buy. I might have to try those for that price too. Thanks.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
