Nice pair!!! Smart to buy them in two's for spare parts as needed. The 129 with a hydro lift would be a great gift to your dad.

Well I tried to talk him in to it but in the end he has a bigger tractor with all his implements already and he really just wants one for mowing

Adam great job on getting it running! I like the 2 litter idea! Looks like the hydro doesn't have any play in it. Hows it cut?

What todd was referring to while we were looking them over as we were loading them up on the truck to come live at my place for a while we noticed these little pulleys that appear to be welded to the top of the deck hangers and they look really nicely done here is a cheesy quick pics can anyone confirm ever seeing this before.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
