Well, I have a working PTO again! I was double checking the bearing and when the engine was running I could stop the outer race by hand so I figured it was okay. I loosened the three throw out levers a little bit and now the clutch is engaging and disengaging without a problem. I guess I had them too tight so it wouldn't disengage. Thanks for all the help!

Yeah, supposed to snow 6 inches here tonight in NE Pa. Now that That problem is solved I just hooked up Snow Blade that I got for it. Can't wait to see how she pushes!!
