Yes sir,688056 would be Jan. of 1981. Can't understand why it would have an aluminum rear end in it, unless of course it has been changed out in the past for some reason. At either rate, it's a Super and a Cub.

that would exsplane why the bolts where finger tight on the rear end !! it wasnt what was in the post i can tell you that the only thing that was suppose to be gone was motor and drive shaft !!! theres alot more than that missing now that i have it apart that i notice !!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
