I know they look bigger in the pics, must be something to do with the camera.

The 26X12X12's on my 2182 look huge.

I'm not gonna post a pic of my back side.

Keith

Just checked, they are 23X8.50X12 and trust me they don't look that wide in person. The pics for some reason make them look like 23X10.5X12's. Up close they look kind of narrow. Don't want you buying something because of these pics and being PO'd

Got a few things done the last couple days. The clutch mount on the tower was doing the standard bending thing so I straightened it and am going to weld a brace into the tower. The shifter cover is patched with JB weld where it was rotted out as one of my friends says “Putty is our Buddy” LOL. Pulled the oil pan off the Mag12 the gasket was leaking and the drain plug threads were just about gone. Drilled and tapped it for ½” pipe. I’m going to put a remote drain in it so I won’t be screwing the plug in and out of it anymore. I’ll try to get a few pics today.

Got the frame and tower primed today. Why is it that when you try to get a nice paint job it comes out like crap but if you just do a quickie clean and squirt, it comes out decent? Well this is a quick and dirty and it came out pretty good considering what I had to start with and it's just gonna be a yard rat.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
