Hey Chris,
I purchased my SG belt at TSC for $4.29. Its 3/8" by 32" -3L320. Its cheap and so far seems to be holding up fine. Its been on about 3-4 months.

Thanks for the tip. I did not think of looking there. -Picked up a belt from NAPA (about the same price as the dealer). Installed the belt and tightened the S/G. - Went to Ohio got the headlight ring (about the same price as the dealer) yesterday morning before work, and had it bead blasted and installed last night. - Installed the new headlights and cleaned rings used stainless wing nuts. -Had to replace the end fittings on the wire leads from a ring type to a female spade connector to fit the new headlight connections. Made a nice clean installation. -Cleaned and painted the "U" shaped bracket that the voltage regulator attaches to, so should be able to mount that tonight and connect the regulator. -Tapped the holes in the frame for the screen shield to 1/4-20 thd. - Installed the screened guard over the drive shaft using stainless pan heads. Here are some shots. - Mounted the carb (temporaily) Set the govener lever correct to govener shaft, rotated counter, clockwise per book. - Mounted the throttle lever on the side of the tower with some #10 stainless pan heads. Routed the throttle cable and mounted the bracket for the throttle cable. - cleaned and painted the coil black Missing the small clip that secures the choke cable to the bracket below the carb.  Also I am going to do some more research on putting the bushing in the carb to correct the main vertical throttle rod slop. Lots of details  Have a great day! Regards, Chris

Thanks Guys,
I learned to take my time and hold my cell phone a little more steady, and also to clean the lens -I have a tru value hardware that is checking on the thrust bushing at Hillman. I may have told them the wrong number but they couldnt find the #58087, more work to do to clear this up? -Found the clip for the choke cable at the dealer $2.22 each. I will pick up three of these as I need one for the 127 and on for Erics 147 also. -Called local engine builder on the carb buterfly screws. They recommended stainless #3-48 screws, stainless lock washer, and maybe some red loctite. Its coming together slowly! Regards, Chris

Thanks for the suggestion on the lock tite. I bought some red. But I have not torn into the carb yet. Cant seem to find a Hillman thrust bushing local yet! Still working on that. I could not find #3 lock washers yet either. Busy with other items, so still collecting stuff and my thoughts on the carb throttle shaft refurb. - Aluminum spacers for the rear of the seat springs were cleaned, drilled and tapped for 5/16-18 thd. and installed to "hard" mount the seat. - Voltage regulator is mounted and wired. - Coil is in place - IH Amp Meter screw threads re chased. - condenser is mounted, and connected to coil - points are set to .020 gap - new wire from coil to points is in place. -Grill is repainted (Need the little spring holders for the grill) -Picked up a new air filter at NAPA. Spokes of the steering wheel were very rusty. These were sanded, primed and painted black, This will match the red and black theme. Front try ribs are squatted down a smidgen with the 14 horse setting in the frame I need to decide what I am going to do about a new dash sticker. They are a little pricy, But I would like to get on to clean up the dash. Still need to decide on the hood stickers too??? Trying to go deer hunting, its not going to happen in this rain! Right or wrong I just keep spending money on this project like I have it
Just pulled the trigger on a set of std 147 decals for the tractor. From Maple Hunter Decals. This will get me the dash decal, and then I can decide If I want to use the std decals on the hood. Probably will but we will see. It doesn't run yet: but should look real goooood! Regards, Chris
