That's a nice looking setup, do you happen to have some part numbers for the rams?

Well it works much better, it gives more lift around 14.5" , as far as weight and mind you we probably will never test it to it's max so far around 600# but without a doubt could lift 1K. Need some more weight up front first. The single cylinder mounted on the back that we started with had to much of a mechanical disadvantage and was no better than the IH original design. Remember when we started this build its intention was to be bigger, better and a one of a kind BEAST! We wanted a GT that could be used with any implement that we could come up with, but still a good mower and easy to operate.

The cylinders we got from Surplus center. If I remember correctly they were 2" with a 4" shaft.

Awesome build guys You both did a great job. From the looks and sounds of it Rescue11 has a good amount of experience with hydraulics, that's an amazing job on the tubing. I'm curious on how much room you have under the sheet metal for the tubing after everything is back together did you have to change your wire harness or alter your sheet metal to make room for all the extra tubing and valves ?

Just a few extra wires to account for the 12V selector valve other than that nothing was done to the sheet metal at all.
And thanks, it was a nerve racking build. But worth it. Still a few more things, she os getting a canopy and lights.

Thank you, there is plenty of room, considering there is around 90 feet of steel line in that thing. Thats a major plus using steel line, 4. 3/8 steel lines fit where 3 1/4" hoses will not. Better flow, aesthetics, etc... very time consuming.

Depends on your lift link adjustment, currently they are 1" from the bottom of the end, but the center lift links are different from the original.

well its been awhile since we have posted any updates so here it is.
we finished the hydraulics, front blade, R-Bucket, Hydraulic top link, and 3pt.
most of it was just finishing touches. we decided on Sunday that we wanted a Hydraulic top link so the R-Bucket could dump in the #2cart.
here are a few pix and links to videos of the 782 BEAST and its winter Attachments.

Just a side note Remember when were asked "Why would need so many hydraulic ports" Well this is why, and its not over. We are installing 2 more 12V hydraulic flow valves so we can add a custom V-Plow. then we will be able to control the front and rear implements independently from a simple foot switch. cant wait to start that.

I Have a walk around of everything working will upload when it finishes. youtube is slow on my phone

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
