I needed that trailer a couple years ago when I bought 20 cubs. I had to make 5 trips with my 12 footer!

Well ever since I traded in the 02 Ford I have regretted it! The GMC was killing me this year, every other month it was 500 here 700 there then last weekend the AC compressor went out and I was looking at another grand to fix that!!! So I started truck shopping and found a nice 09 f-250 with 80000 miles online. So I had a vaca day Friday and we made the hour and half drive to look at it and its beat!!!! And I mean beat!!!! So long story short they had my dream truck at a different lot and 8 hours later I bought the ultimate cub hauler!! 2011 F-250 with the 6.2 V-8 that replaced the V-10, and all I can say it wow!!!! Its just a XL so plain old rubber mat special on the inside and just plain bad A** on the outside!!! Its a big step out of the box for me I'm not a flashy big red truck kind of guy but, now that I have it I kinda like it!!!!! Hehehe

Juniors, that's a dang good looking truck! Congrats on it. I just recently picked up an 09 F-350. I'm in love with it. Rides like a dang Cadillac. Let us know how that has engine does. I'm looking to get another one, but might be leaning towards the gas instead of diesel. I've had my eye on some Chevys with the 6.0 Vortec, but can't seem to get any with the crew cab and long bed. They are super hard to find! Again, that's an awesome truck!!

Thanks! I hear ya on the hard to find!!! I looked for endless hours!!! I'll let you know how it tows soon enough, I'll probably have the dump trailer behind it next weekend sometime. Your truck looks really good to! I had the diesel in the 02 and loved it but the newer diesels just aren't the same. Plus I don't drive enough for the diesel to make sense, I only put 1000 miles on the GMC since February! It had the 6.0 and it ran great got about 10 MPG from it and I'm pretty light footed! The 6.2 is getting about 11.5 so far!! And power to spare!

That's good to know about the mpg on the 6.0. Plus, that ford has much more room than any GM truck I've been in! Let me know how well that truck handles the dump trailer.

The 6.0's like to crack the exhaust manifolds mine were cracked and I replaced them with shorty headers, big jump in HP. Had the cold air intake on it to and could get it up to 11 on the highway loaded for camp! It would tow anything you put behind it and you didn't know it was there!! Your right on the inside the ford has way more room!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
