Default 682 IH diesel conversion

So I will be getting a 682 soon that has a blown engine and I just got a golf course mower with a kabota 3cly diesel. I was wondering if there were any major differences between the 782d and the 682 as far as the frame hood and side shields are concerned. Any other info on such a conversion would be appreciated. I will post pics as i get them.

Exact same frame and hoods though the bolt holes in the frame may be different.

I could not find the tag on it but for the price it didn't matter. After gutting out the engine hydraulics and other usable parts I should be able to make the money back by sending the frame and whatnot to scrap. The engine is already in there backwards with the drivline hooked to the front pulley and a fan on the back above the flywheel.

I have a drawing of the drive shaft adapter that bolts to the pulley if you need it. Numbers for the engine should be on the injector pump.

Ty for the number location. I may use the driveshaft that's on the engine because it has Ujoints at each end. The only thing that is concerning me at this point is how the engine mounts to the frame.

Hey guys I was wanting to put a diesel in my 782. I have a couple of kubota d600's I wanted the dimensions of the motor mount brackets so it would sit in the 782 just like the original one did and it would make it a lot more easy to get it all hooked up.

Originally the radiator and engine had there very own mount then the whole assembly got set into the tractor. At least thats how I think it was done.
