Well since I have many things to work on and house issues, it's slow going. I have the frame cleaned and painted. Got the dash tower mounted, front alxe assembled with nice 4" tri-rib tires. Man they look sweet. Got the new wiring harness started, just need a strong friend to help me get the motor out of the basement and bolted up to the frame, then it should be smooth sailing. I did used spray bomb on everything, but taking it all down to bare metal, priming, wet sanding and painting made it turn out really nice. Usually did 4 or 5 coats of paint, undercoated the inside of the hood, less tinny vibration sounds. Should be together soon, I took a week off work to clear out the big three projects I'm trying to finish up, tractor/vespa scooter/ babetta moped. Then I can actually start enjoying them ! Also want the stack exhaust!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
