Also much easier to disassemble the steering column to inspect clean replace worn parts ect. while engine is out.

I started to pull the motor out,and broke on of the blades on the hydro fan - one was already broken so no big loss.

Where can I get a fan, is there anything better than stock, is there a trick to get the driveshaft in an out?

I tried searching the site, but you can't search fan so it's hard to find info.

Is there a guide anywhere to tell how to take the column apart, inspect, replace, ect?

Found this guide, is there anything better that shows what to look for as far as wear? or should I look at the factory service manual?
