Expecting another inch or so of rain in about an hour, so I thought I would go ahead and get the tomato garden plowed, so it can be settling in for a couple of weeks then I can disc it. The ground was a bit wet, but the ole BRS pulled without a problem, even when the plow encountered a few tree roots.

Well that is a part of the front yard, LOL. I still have to find a spot for the gourds and watermelon. I have to find a good milk cow to support my gravy for tomatoes and breakfast. LOL

That is the first time that dirt has been turned. It should be a good spot for growing this year.

Unfortunately, that's my dad's truck. The cub hauling van is at the dealership getting resuscitated. Had a few coolant leaks we could not find. It's ready to be picked up in the morning. Going from a Hemi to a V6 is a big shock, LOL. Sad part is, the MPG aren't much better on the V6, LOL.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
