Rebuilding PTO on 147, and where to get parts?
My PTO clutch finally bit the dust yesterday, and I need some guidance on where to find the parts I need and maybe a write up if there's one out there. Thanks in advance, I've never tackled anything like this, my specialty is jeeps.

Cub Cadet is pretty much the only way place you can get the parts. There are other places but they are just selling NOS, or parts they got from CCC. TMK, there are no "aftermarket" for the mechanical PTO parts.
Yes, there is a right-up, or written explanation on how to rebuild...... in the service manual for your machine.  There is also a condensed page in the tech section with pertinent data: http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/showthread.php?t=9

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
