The package comes with a extra working transmission from another 70 there are two sets of IH wheel weights they are worth at least $200. I think it boils down to the area I live in and how plentiful this model tractor is around here and is there someone out there who wants to devote the time into restoring these beauty's.

Somehow your addition is wrong or I missed something.
200 fender
100 lights ( which is low priced)
200 creeper
100 3 point
100 brinly adapter
Equals 700 not a grand.

Why not just part those out and sell the tractor separately for 400.00

There are two tractors two sets or fenders two head lamp bezils two sets of wheel weights one creeper one Brinley adapter one 3pt hitch. I really do not want to part them out. I put a high asking price I am a little flexible on the price. Basically I will be moving soon and do not have the time to devote to stripping listing and selling. So I figured I would give it a shot.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
