Nahh Jeff, 'fraid not!!

But I did pick up a 126 today! Got a 100 a few weeks back on the same trip to pick up "Casey" and was going to put a tiller on it but the darn rear PTO is in the way, so reverted to "plan B" this AM when I looked a C/L!
12 HP would be better on a tiller anyway!

Have you contact Brinly to see what they suggest you do? I purchase a plow from Brinly that didn't have the hardware package. I called them and they sent me 2 hardware kits at no cost to me.

From the look of the lower left picture the shaft has a few dings on it. A piece of 320 sand paper while you are spinning the shaft will fix the problem.

Whaaat??!!! Is it hitting the zerk fitting on the way through or is there weld through slobber on the inside of the tube??

Try backing out the zerk fitting and/or run a rat tail file through if it is weld through on the inside of the tube.

first the axle material is not finished properly, what you see there is water not dings.

second, they put the bushings in after they welded the assy together, after i sanded one axle with 220 i was able to get it to the other bushing but not thru, they warped the spindle tube welding it together, they should have test fitted or line bored the holes.

i am going to call brinly in the morning, sad thing is this piece of crap is made in usa!

Should have been machined after welding or the tolerances opened up quite a bit. It sounds like the bushing collapsed too much when it was pressed in since you are having trouble getting it into the first one. That coupled with some misalignment on the bores is your problem. Hard to say if a little polishing of the axle in a lathe would cure it. Then if it doesn't, will Brinly take it back without giving you a bunch of grief?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
