Default Best decal sets?

Who has the best decal sets, or who have you bought from that you are happy with? Thanks.

I bought Maple-Hunter decals for my 100...they are not exactly the same as OEM, but extremely close. They are also much cheaper than any other decal set available. I think I paid $45 for the 100 decals plus some extras that the set didn't come with. Compare that to $70+ for other places.

Default How do they differ from OEM?

Matt,

Could you elaborate on what is different between the Maple-Hunter decal set and some of the others?

I can't really compare them to the other brands of new decals that are available; I can only compare to the decals that were on the tractor when it left the factory. The I noticed that the fonts on the dash decal were ever so slightly different, but do realize that I have an eye for these things and 95% of the world probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. You really have to compare them side by side to see much of a difference. The one thing I found interesting with the MH decals is that the "Cub Cadet" wording in the hood decals is actually cut out of the decal such that the white from the hood shows through so that the letters match the white on the hood, no matter what...I thought that was clever. The materials used are pretty close to the originals...decals are printed on silvery material.

Keith: I'm with Matt G. I deal with Tony Giletto at Maple-Hunter Lawn & Garden Decals for all my Cadets, Cub Cadet, Tiller and IH Trailer (all types) decals. Tony is very easy to work with, uses first class materials and high quality reproductions along with the affordability mentioned... www.lawngardendecals@yahoo.com.
Just email him and and ask him about the costs...

The only tractor decals I have bought were from littlebear on eBay for my Original. I have been very pleased with them so far. I bought my loader decals from Scott Urschell of Cub Cadet Connections and am very pleased with them also.

I always seem to buy my Decals at binder books. I've been real happy with them. Although most people I talk to buy theirs from Maple Hunter. I'll probably get a set of 1250 Decals from Maple Hunter and see what all the fuss is about.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
