Yes it is worth that. Go to YouTube and learn how to clean your carbtrator and take the Chinese carb off and throw it away. It probably has caused you a lot of trouble.

Engine runs lean (indicated by
misfiring, loss of speed and power, governor hunting, or excessive throttle opening). Low idle fuel mixture is improperly adjusted. Adjust low idle fuel needle. Float level is set too low. Separate carburetor air horn from carburetor body, adjust float according to steps outlined in repair kit installation instructions. Idle holes plugged; dirt in fuel delivery channels. Remove low idle fuel adjusting needle. Clean main fuel jet and all passages; blow out with compressed air. The low idle adjustment screw is covered by a limiter cap on all the Keihin fixed main jet carburetors on Kohler Commands I have worked on. The cap is located to the right of the fuel solenoid and can be popped out with a small screwdriver. You may have some dirt in the low idle jet causing the lean condition. Removed the adjusting screw and clean with carb cleaner and compressed air.
