My fix is before starting release belt tensioner on deck and make sure PTO belt is free and not stuck into the Deck and PTO pulley whilst untensioned give the deck belt a tug to make sure it turns freely
Now as to why the belts keep breaking
1 are they genuine , this belt has 2 quarter turn twists in it and I reckon a non-genuine belt may not cope
2 are they routed correctly
3 is there anything belt is rubbing on , if so remove it
Also have a look at these 2 threads

I appreciate the help. I have triple checked the routing...looked for any wear marks on anything NEAR the belts and saw nothing. belt turns freely on the deck. The belts SHE was buying were like 60 USD a piece from Cub Cadet and they were shreading....the ones I get are 25 from amazon...same size same everything..just not the cub cadet $$$ name lol. I put the guide on where you suggested. We will see what happens. belt would have to do one helluva jump to get out of that pully. If it does it again...guess the next thing is either take the tractor out back and shoot it.. or.....go all in and replace every pully/spindle on the deck...including the PTO clutch.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
