Rear lift questions

I would like your input on the two different rear lifts available for the 149. I will be using it for mowing and some ground work. Thinking now,most likely a box scraper and maybe a land scape rake or similar. At this point I have none of the parts necessary for either the CC 3 point with Brindly type attachment or the Cat. zero three point hitch from Xtrem. Additionally, I do not yet have the implements other than the mower deck. I wish price was not a consideration but it always is. It seems that the Cub Brindly set up would be a little less expensive but only a few hundred dollars. Or, is the future unknown versatility of the cat zero 3 point worth the extra investment? What are your thoughts?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
