Be aware that in cold weather (and I see you are in New York) these hydros (which your 127 is) tend to turn over more slowly when starting than they do in warm weather or when already warmed up. This is because the hydro oil thickens up due to the cold and since the drive shaft is turning the hydro while you are cranking to start, there is a lot more drag on the starter/generator. If you are not in tip/top tune-up condition starting could be a problem.

Cures can be a stronger battery, keeping the tractor in a heated location, or providing a heat source such as a heat lamp or heater to warm the hydro differential case up for a period before trying to start it. Personally, I have a battery charger with starting booster option which I use. Once everything is warmed up starting is easy.
