Looks like 6203 2RS is the correct bearing.

What's aggravating about this is, I went through this same exercise a year ago and this "shoulder" wasn't a problem. I bought a sack of ten bearings and a sack of #10 screws/nuts (for the idlers with rivets). Naturally, I put them where I could find them again and now I can't!

Thanks for the patience. Just took a day or so for the light bulb to come on.

Yep, that is the reducer I was mentioning above. 5/16 to 3/8 (I think but cant remember for sure) but it does have a shoulder. TB
