Cub Cadet 125 front PTO needs fixed

Hi my cub 125 has a non working pto and has a broken front piece. I would like to know how to remove the apparattus and fix it. The screw driver is pointing to the broken plate. The photo pointing to the center is where the tab is broken at and the other photo is just holding the plate back.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
