1862 motor in 1050

so I have a 1050, that runs, but smokes some and the carb is non-adjustable. I also have a 1862 that runs like a top, but I have a vanguard motor I plan on swapping into that one at some point.
I am thinking of installing the kohler 18 out of that into the 1050, and am trying to think of all the parts I'd need to make the swap. so far I have:
Driveshaft different length
clutch linkage different length. (anyone know the measurements of an 1806 one?)
motor plate from the 1862 should bolt in
Might have to change a bit of wiring
anything I might be missing or not thinking of?
