More on my 123

Well I did a carb rebuild today and the good news is it runs, need to make some small adj. and it will be running fine.
The bad news is I have oil coming out around the front seal when it is running.
So I get to pull the motor and replace the seals, as long as I have it apart what more should I look at/replace, I want to go though the motor only once so now is the time to do it right.
I don't know jest how long this cub had been setting before I got it but it must have been a long,long time.
The PO got it used and could not recall jest when that was, but he told me he didn't pay much for it at the time.
I got it for $150.00 with newer tires and new pant and the rest of what I want to do I am looking at a nice machine for less then a new one.
