Hydro sum-tin!
I am about to embark on a custom tractor build. I have a 129 frame, nose, grill, and the 12hp out of her. A 1250 roller pretty much, with out engine, nose and grill or hood. A 72 grill and hood.. and a chopped up frame.. Big 40's and 23's for front and back wheels.. I am looking at making some kind of monster. I was thinking about a 2/3 loboy, kinda looking thing.. Now, I was gonna do this with my Frankenstein "O" , but I am weary on not having drop/final/bull gears, that rears this big would be a good mix. I asked before about tires this big on gears. This is just asking for trouble.. I want this to be a strong working, functional tractor. Not just for show. So the hydro is the way I am going to go.. A LOT MORE WORK, but I feel this is going to be the best way to pull this beast off.. I kinda was looking at how Case works the same way with them big wheels on their tractors.. This is my hope. So, I will get pics up soon. Any kind words or ideas are welcome. Any advice, much the same.
