Wiring . Safety Switch how important .

EDITEDHi all , Last Friday my 123 decided to die. Immediately jumped to the conclusion my head gasket went . Painful troubleshooting process but decided was wiring harness, been procrastinating . It certainly needed to be replaced for a long time .
Well now the new one is in and went to start and nothing happened when turn key . Long story short I by passed safety switch located below steering wheel tower . It now runs and turns off by key . How important is the saftey switch . Can I run the tractor without damaging anything with switch by passed .

Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
