I have a problem its not with my Cub Cadet but on my Allis Chalmers 410. It has a K241 in it and it is knocking under load and at low idle. The thing is though my great uncle owned it originally and had the motor overhauled and bored 0.20 over in the early 90's, and it was hardly used after that. Could it be the balance gears ? I pulled the head to replace the head gasket and the piston is tight in the bore. It doesn't appear to knock when I turn it over by hand or when I pulled the spark plug out turned it over with the key. Thanks for the help in advance.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens.
