I don't want to get testy, but you guys need to go back and look at the diagram. There is no starter in the diagram.

Rolands diagram is correct. The starter is still hooked up to the KEY SWITCH and will work just fine. It doesn't need a jumper.

Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
