149 restofication
I've decided to paint my 149 similar to a 66 series IH full size tractor. My plan is to make it look like it would if IH had painted the Cubs to match their other tractors. It will be IH red with the white stripe on the hood and grill. The front wheels will be red and the rears will have red centers and silver rims. It will have the factory decals but I will cut and place them like they are on a 66 series.
It will be painted like this.  This is painted up like an 86 series.  A 1466.  Here's how it looked before I dismantled it.   I'll try to take plenty of pics along the way.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
