Hydrualic lift and Original questions

I think I might have lucked out and found the pulley for the motor so I can add an hydrualic lift to an original! It's not a factory pulley but made just for this add on.

1. Ok is there anything else that is diffrent other then the pulley?
2. Beside of drilling mounting holes any other mods need to be done to mount this?
3. I've heard the slot in the frame for the travel lift needs to be larger. Can anyone verifiy this?

FYI this is for a special project I'm working on (ok one of two special projects!)
