Thanks! I will check with Jeff. Yes thats the one I need. Also have to find the pulley, since the ID is all wallowed out! I may check Mc Master Carr for that?

Could you get a picture of the pulley with the good end of the shaft in the pulley bore? It's hard to tell how worn it is with the "eaten up" shaft.

I "saved" the cast iron pulley. Bored and reamed it to 7/8", made a sleeve and cut the keyway deeper. I also made a custom key.






( pushed the shaft to the bottom )
